Willow Garage introduced the Turtle Bot last year (april 2011). Turtle Bot Robot Kit's is run by open source software. This robot is quite popular for research and learning, because it makes Turtle Bot Willow second version.
In this 1robot version uses iRobot product as its base (to move move). While iRobot can not be marketed outside the United States because there is no electronic certification. This has an impact also on the Turtle Bot.
